Aaron Betit is a multidiscipline acoustical engineer with 24 years of experience in architectural acoustics and noise and vibration control. He has extensive expertise in environmental noise assessment and mitigation. As a Principal at Acentech, he is responsible for project leadership, design management, and client communication during all phases, from planning to construction administration. He consults in the areas of building acoustical design, noise and vibration investigations and diagnostic testing of existing structures, and environmental noise evaluation, resolution and expert witness related to construction, energy and water treatment plants, transportation, and community noise. His project portfolio encompasses the built environment spectrum from theaters, studios, education facilities, and performance spaces to healthcare, commercial and residential buildings, and industrial and transportation infrastructure.

Aaron serves as Acentech’s Energy Market Leader, and is responsible for marketing strategy, client development, and thought leadership. He has authored several articles on the acoustical performance of architectural and HVAC systems, and has presented technical papers at conferences across the U.S.
