Zoë Carson

I’ve always been passionate about sound, and how it impacts and interweaves with every part of life. It’s a great joy to be able to contribute to everyday soundscapes, allowing for better communication, enjoyment, and serenity.

Zoë Carson’s degree in acoustics influences and supports her work as an audiovisual systems design consultant at Acentech. She has experience in the design and construction process of audiovisual systems for a variety of building types. Her technology systems design responsibilities include supporting documentation of bid packages and on-site commissioning. She uses a range of modeling technologies, including AutoCAD and Revit.

The Sound of Silence

I love hiking, snowboarding, surfing, and exploring the great outdoors! After relocating to the Boston area, I am enjoying finding the local ‘cool’ spots. My favorite quote comes from the author Albert Camus: “The world is never quiet, even its silence eternally resounds with the same notes, in vibrations which escape our ears. As for those that we perceive, they carry sounds to us, occasionally a chord, never a melody.”
