Acentech announces staff promotions

To kick off an exciting 2026, Acentech is pleased to announce several promotions.

• Andy Carballeira was promoted to Director of Innovation, leading firmwide R&D initiatives that translate new ideas into practical tools and services across acoustics, technology, and building performance. He also leads Acentech’s new Sound Power Measurements specialty service.
• Liz Lamour Croteau (audiovisual systems design), and Ian Patrick, Alexander Roehl, and Colin Worrich (building acoustics), were promoted to Associate Principal. They are excited to be taking on more responsibility, managing multiple project teams across various market sectors.
• Jack Taylor was promoted to Senior Consultant. Jack manages multiple projects in the Building Acoustics group, and is co-leader of the firm’s new Sound Power Measurements specialty service.
• Matthew Goncalves was promoted to Digital Marketing Specialist. He will manage, edit and create interactive content for the Lab @ Acentech site, optimize our website, act as in-house photographer and videographer, and collaborate on social media and targeted campaigns.
