Principal Consultant – Audiovisual Systems| Philadelphia | Hybrid Position

Acentech, a multi-disciplinary consulting firm specializing in Audiovisual systems, Telecommunications and Security system design, Acoustics, and Vibration, is hiring a principal-level Audiovisual consultant to work in our Philadelphia, PA office. Salary Range- $140,000 – $160,000

The ideal candidate has:

• 10+ years of experience in consulting, including system design and documentation, and project management experience, with a track record of developing new business in Audiovisual consulting,
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to communicate effectively with co-workers, management, and clients,
• Proactive instincts (i.e. is self-motivated), with an ability to work both in teams and independently, on multiple projects simultaneously,
• Ensure all work is completed on time, within budget, and consistently meets Acentech’s high standards for quality,
• Begin to drive and participate in group and/or corporate level strategic planning efforts
• Working knowledge of the telecommunication and acoustic requirements related to Audiovisual systems,
• AVIXA CTS-D Certification is preferred.

Additional Responsibilities:

• Provide mentorship to Consultant and Senior Consultant level staff,
• Knowledgeable with Revit and proficient with Bluebeam and EASE software,
• Collaborate with CAD department staff on projects, and assist with the company’s drafting standards efforts,
• Participate in marketing and business development activities, including attending networking events in areas of professional interest, preparing presentations for non-peer conferences aimed at developing Acentech business, and authoring blog posts or other articles intended for business development-oriented publications.
