“I have formal training in both architecture and fine art, and I thoroughly enjoy working with the architects and designers that partner with Acentech. I pride myself on always striving for an acoustical design that is aesthetically pleasing and responsive to the client’s vision.”

With an academic foundation in both architecture and architectural acoustics, Tom McGraw brings a designer’s eyes and ears to his role as senior acoustics consultant. At Acentech, Tom consults on a variety of building types, including performing arts centers, broadcast facilities, civic centers, K-12 schools and higher education facilities, houses of worship, corporate headquarters, and mixed-use developments. He has experience in all phases of these projects: programming, schematic layouts, design development, details and specifications, construction administration, and building commissioning. His responsibilities include room acoustics, sound and impact isolation, and MEP noise and vibration control.
