What I’m Listening to Now
“People usually only think about what they’re hearing when they really like or dislike it, but our auditory environment is constantly affecting us. I enjoy knowing that my work is improving people’s quality of life, especially when they don’t realize it.”
Alex Roehl first heard of Acentech from one of his professors during a lecture on the history of the field of acoustic consulting. After working in New York City for a few years, Alex saw an opening at Acentech and jumped at the opportunity. Alex is excited to continue the firm’s legacy of pioneering the acoustics and audiovisual profession.
Alex is bilingual, and grew up speaking German to his father and English to his mother. He also enjoys playing soccer, going hiking, and attending concerts when he is not at work.
“Those who have achieved all their aims probably set them too low.” Herbert von Karajan
