Ian Patrick is an Associate Principal at Acentech with more than ten years of experience in building acoustics consulting. His expertise includes room shaping, sound isolation, mechanical systems noise and vibration control, acoustical measurements, and regulatory compliance. As a project manager, Ian is involved throughout all phases of design and construction, working closely with architects, engineers, and contractors to help ensure project goals, environmental noise requirements, and end-user expectations are met. His project experience spans a wide range of building types, including performing arts venues, civic and convention centers, higher education and K–12 facilities, corporate offices, hospitality, and multi-family residential developments.

BBQ, Kansas City Style

In his free time, Ian enjoys firing up his smoker for some BBQ to remind him of his Kansas City roots. He is also an avid Jayhawks, Chiefs and Royals fan!
