Eliot Hartzler is a member of Acentech’s Building Acoustics group. He contributes to a range of projects, including commercial, residential, government/institutional, and educational facilities. His responsibilities include recommendations for building layouts and material finishes, analyzing mechanical systems to ensure proper noise levels, sound data collection and analysis, and collaborating on auralizations and computer models. Prior to transitioning into building acoustics, Eliot worked as an audiovisual systems design consultant and live sound engineer.

I grew up in a small Ohio town in a family full of alumni from The Ohio State University – Go Bucks! Outside of work, I enjoy spending time outdoors, attending concerts, reading, playing board/card games, buying too many snacks at Trader Joe’s, or searching for good coffee.
