 | | | We utilize established acoustical design principles of hall size and shape, and make expert use of current computer modeling and acoustic simulation technology to enable clients and musicians to experience the sound during design. We take a practical approach to our projects, providing guidance sufficient to ensure excellence while avoiding costly over-designed measures. We support our recommendations with evidence, and use rigorous evaluation and assessment techniques to determine appropriate noise and vibration control measures. Ultimately, our dedication to engineering discipline and our sensitivity to the needs of audiences and performers result in a clear and embracing sound for the audience, ease of hearing and playing for the performers, and freedom from mechanical and other background noise for all.

An auralization is a computer model of a space populated with different virtual situations and acoustical designs for a space that is yet to be built. This effective tool gives the client a chance to experience the sound of a future space during the design.
To create an auralization of your space, we begin with the dimensions and the finish materials being considered. We will discuss the likely uses of the space and create representative scenarios – what sounds will occur in the space, where they will originate, and from where in the space we will listen. In addition, we will be able to design a sound system that works with the acoustics of the space, creating a cohesive listening environment. You will experience your auralization in our equipped and calibrated conference room. Our goal in the use of auralization is to allow our clients to make confident and informed design decisions regarding the acoustics and audiovisual design for their space.
