Located in Southborough, MA, this two-story, 28,000 SF medical school building houses a state-of-the-art laboratory facility. The 15,760 square foot upper floor includes research laboratories, core support, offices, meeting area, and a 95-person auditorium. The 12,620 square foot lower level includes mechanical support, lobby, and shell space for a future fit-out of research laboratories.

Acentech designed the audiovisual systems for the building and provided architectural acoustics consulting. Construction was completed on a 10-month schedule.
