This $70-million facility, that opened its doors in 2005, features the new Tomsich Arena for basketball and volleyball with seating for 1,500; a recreational gymnasium for basketball, indoor soccer, volleyball, and intramural sports; a 200-meter indoor track; four indoor tennis courts; and a new swimming pool.

Offering state-of-the-art fitness facilities, the building also features classrooms, large areas for dance practice, laboratories for film and video production, and a 120-seat auditorium for film screenings and lectures. The Center opens up new possibilities for film studies and video art, as well as the many uses of film and video for athletics.

Acentech designed audiovisual systems for the basement theater; entry level indoor track; arena; tennis courts; pool; support spaces including offices, lobbies, and lounges; the mezzanine level multipurpose rooms; conference rooms and the broadcast/distribution suite.
